What is the Pupil Transportation Safety Program (PTSP)?
The PTSP simplifies the process for selecting the safest possible passenger motor carriers for extracurricular school transportation.

All carriers on the PTSP National Approved List undergo intensive scrutiny and must continually demonstrate that effective safety management controls are in place and functioning to meet compliance requirements with applicable regulations.

All PTSP approved carriers' on-road performance is also subject to routing monitoring every six months to ensure that operational standards are maintained. The routine monitoring coupled with random roadside inspections are ongoing assessments of the carrier's ability to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance.
